Bulletin Board

This is where the Unity of Central Massachusetts church commmunity shares information, ideas, requests, etc. - all of a positive nature.

This could include recipes, requests for ride-sharing, odd jobs, personal items for sale or give-away, thank you notes, prayer requests as well as any ideas on how to improve the website, etc.

Please put your plastic bottles, used bulletins and other recyclable products in the black bin by the trash on Sunday mornings.  Thanks for helping keep UCCM green!

Ushers Wanted

Hi Everyone,
 
How would you like to do something exciting & rewarding at church?   Become an “Usher” and join my team. 
 
You will only have to usher once every “9” weeks. 

Now, here's where the Rewards begin:  

1. You get the "First Hug" from your friends as they
    enter the sanctuary at UCCM.
 
2. "Greet and Meet” new people as they join us for
    their first Sunday service at our church. 
 
3.  Serve our wonderful church community. 
 
4.  Have a Feeling of Gratitude for the rest of the day.  
 
5. Receive a BIG HUG from me as a thank you for
    joining our Usher Team!

6. Now go forward as you have a Blessed day!

Taco Soup submitted by Tina G

1 pound of hamburg (for vegetarian soup use soy crumbles)

1 med onion

1 package of taco seasoning

cook all 3  together drain of any fat and

put aside to add to soup

in a large pot add the following  12-15 OZ cans

(Do not drain, use all liquid as this is your soup base)

1 can of Rotel, 1 can of diced tomatoes

1 can whole corn, 1 can black beans,

1 can chick peas, 1 can of white beans

1 can of kidney beans. (7 cans total)

(You can substitute various style beans to taste)

Add other ingredients and heat till hot.

Serve over Nacho chips w/shredded cheese on top.

makes 12-15 servings
